At times, it can be easier for all involved to look at your screen to help answer your questions. For this situation, we use TeamViewer that temporarily allows us to share your computer screen with your permission so that we can provide the support you need.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING TEAMVIEWER
(If you already have TeamViewer installed on your computer, please make sure it is not running.)
Click on the orange DOWNLOAD TEAMVIEWER button to begin downloading.
A new browser tab will open that automatically starts the download of the TeamViewerQS.exe file.
Once the file has been downloaded, click on the TeamViewerQS.exe file in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
Please be patient as TeamViewer loads. A box will appear showing your TeamViewer ID and password.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE TEAMVIEWER INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER
If you already have TeamViewer installed on your computer, please make sure it is not running.
Once the file has been downloaded, go to your Downloads folder and double click on
the TeamViewerQS.exe file to activate TeamViewer.
Once this has been done, a box will appear showing your TeamViewer ID and password.
Please provide the ID and password to your Customer Support Representative to begin your TeamViewer session.
