We are proud to offer Spanish Support in every support method provided. Please look at our support methods listed below.

Live Chat

The quickest and most efficient way to reach us is via Live Chat. Our Support Specialists are online and ready to answer all of your sales and support questions. You can access our Live Chat from the website or directly from your software, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.


We also support and communicate via email. You may email us at with any questions, and one of our Support Specialists will respond back to you as quickly as possible. 

Integrated Training Videos 

Need quick answers but don't want to or have time to contact support? Our software has built-in training videos to help you answer any questions while you are working in your software. The training videos are located on the right hand side and are listed based on the section pulled up in your return.


Remote Access 

At times, it can be easier for all involved to look at your screen at the current problem or concern. For this situation, we have a remote access program that temporarily allows us to share your computer screen with your permission so that we can more easily resolve your issue.
