The quickest and most efficient way to reach us is via Live Chat. Our Support Specialists are online and ready to answer all of your sales and support questions. You can access our Live Chat from the website or directly from your software, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and 24/7 live chat during tax season (Spanish support available during regular office hours).
