IRS Updates Premium Tax Credit FAQs: New Affordability Guidelines for 2025


The IRS has updated its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the Premium Tax Credit, particularly regarding the affordability of employer coverage. This revision, reflected in Fact Sheet 2024-30, provides the necessary contribution percentage for determining the affordability of employer health plans for 2025.
