Incorporated in Wyoming in 2014, we are a 100% American owned company with servers located in California. We employ state-of-the-art methods to prevent any unauthorized access to your data and fully meet all IRS security requirements.
Meet the Team
Squire has over 20 years of experience in the tax software industry. He got his start in 1998 at Microsoft working on the TaxSaver product, and then went on to lead individual tax content and e-file development teams at Intellitax Software. He has also worked for Liberty Tax Service, as well as two start-up tax software companies. Squire studied tax law at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Director of Sales
Paul has over 23 years of experience in the tax software industry. Over the years, he’s held a variety of positions, including software consultant for Universal Tax Systems (now CCH Small Firm Services) and the director of new sales at MainStreet Tax Solutions. Paul brings his expertise in sales and customer service, along with a wealth of industry knowledge and a commitment to integrity.
Director of Operations
Tony has over 20 years of experience as an established leader within the tax industry. With a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, Tony works closely with employees and customers to create a culture of excellence and a personalized experience. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shorter University.
Director, Product Management
Norma has over 18 years of tax-related product knowledge. She has been highly successful in leading development, projects, and people with multi-functional teams toward a unified objective. With her unique blend of business and technical savvy, Norma not only develops new products, but increases profitability of existing industry products. Norma has authored over 50 technical papers.
Director of Marketing
Dana is a marketing and PR professional with more than 17 years experience in online marketing including web development, social media, and e-communications. She specializes in web usability, increasing conversions, and email marketing. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Canisius College and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Shorter University.
Director of Tax Compliance
Kristin has more than 15 years of experience in tax with 13 years specifically in the tax software industry. She is adept in income tax compliance and highly knowledgeable of the complexities of federal and state income tax rules and regulations. Kristin brings a passion for communication and organization with the goal of building the best possible tax software workflows, calculations and user experience. She is a CPA and holds a Master of Accounting degree from Florida State University.
Key Accounts Manager
Robert combines 10 years of experience in management and customer support working for State Farm and Sterling Inc. Robert was a President’s Club member at Sterling Inc. for 3 years as one of their top sales representatives. Robert provides solutions and excellent customer support while building long-lasting relationships with our customers by helping them maximize their income potentional. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Shorter University.
Maurice mixes 20 years of sales and leadership experience with 10 years in the tax software industry working for market leaders. A U.S. Army veteran with 8 years of military experience, Maurice knows the value of team work. He enjoys collaborating with clients who are looking to develop their businesses and increase their revenues. As a leader of the sales team, Maurice is passionate about helping others to be inspired, educated, and willing to work hard to achieve unlimited success.
Customer Support Manager
Monica has more than 27 years of experience in the tax industry including 13 years with Universal Tax Systems (now CCH Small Firm Services). As the leader of the Customer Support team, Monica is dedicated to ensuring that every customer gets their questions answered quickly, accurately while feeling like a valued part of the MyTAXPrepOffice family. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shorter University.
